Therefore, when the tanker truck changes the loading of oil, it is necessary to exhaust the deposited oil in the tank as far as possible, open the tank mouth, and let the oil remaining in the tank volatilize as far as possible. In addition, when filling oil should also tell the oil personnel in the tank of the original filled oil, so that the oil operator can operate according to the regulations, such as limiting the flow rate of oil.

The tank can not contain water, impurities, etc., because the water in the fuel will significantly change the charging trend of the fuel, so that the voltage in the tank into dozens of times, even hundreds of times the increase, but also may be in the form of sparks discharge.

The impurities in the oil also have a greater impact on the electrostatic generation, especially some floating substances, such as wood chips, rubber, isolated metal balls (some oil tank contents of the table floating ball off) are very dangerous.

The main reason is that this kind of conductive capacitance can collect and store more electrostatic charge,there is no fixed moving track in the tank, which is easy to get close to the tank wall or other accessories in the tank, forming a proper discharge gap. According to the test, once this phenomenon is formed, as long as the potential difference with the liquid level is 1-2kV, it may produce spark discharge (ordinary liquid level is 28-30kV), and the discharge energy is strong, and all the stored energy can be released at one time.

For the oil tank valve, exhalation valve,tank cover sealing ring should always be in good condition, to prevent fuel leakage or overflow, in case of static fire and fire.

Before loading and unloading oil, the oil tanker and the oil loading and unloading equipment should be bonded together with electrostatic conductors (the oil depot is installed with electrostatic conductors bonded with the oil tanker).

The function of oil separator is to reduce the sloshing and splash of oil in the tank in the process of transportation, so as to reduce electrostatic generation. If the oil separator is removed in the maintenance tank, it should be installed in time, and it must not be considered as an optional device.
